We are looking for a strategic and forward-thinking R&D Operational Excellence to Optimizing processes, methodologies, digitalization, and research and development (R&D) workflows to enhance efficiency, innovation, and overall performance within the R&D function.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in R&D, process improvement, operational excellence, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of R&D workflows, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to manage digitalization projects
- Wiling to be place in Bandung, West Java
Responsibility :
- Designing digital concepts and features, and collaborating with the IT team and external vendors to develop AI technologies that can be used to automate tasks within the R&D department
- Designing and implementing standard methodologies and best practices for R&D processes, and ensuring consistency and quality in operation
- Documenting processes, methodologies, and results more effectively for reference
- Identifying opportunities to optimize resource allocation and minimize operational costs while maintaining high standards of outcomes and quality
- Collaborating with the Business Process team and R&D internal users to ensure that all stages of R&D projects have clear, efficient, and well-targeted SOP and ways of working
