Quality Control Shift Leader - Cikande, Banten

As a QC Team, you will be responsible for leading the Quality Control team to ensure product quality and food safety compliance, manage non-conformities, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

What will you do

• Lead, guide, and develop the Quality Control team to ensure effective quality control processes and compliance with company standards.
• Ensure product quality and food safety meet Lemonilo standards and applicable food safety regulations.
• Monitor the performance of the QC team and ensure all inspection and testing activities are properly documented.
• Handle non-conformities by conducting initial investigations and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Collaborate with Production and cross-functional teams to maintain consistent product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control and food safety systems.
• Ensure all QC activities are carried out in accordance with SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and other applicable food safety standards.

What are we looking for

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Control Leader or in a supervisory role within the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of Food Safety, Food Quality, sampling techniques, sensory/panel testing, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, or other recognized food safety standards.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team while ensuring quality objectives are achieved.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, observant, and demonstrates strong integrity.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Willing to work in shifts if required.
