Relationship Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Qualifications :

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major

- Highly driven, resilient under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a strong team player.

- Responsible, high integrity, principled, and possesses strong risk awareness.

- Proficient in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is mandatory.

Job Descriptions :

- Expand the microfinance market, acquire new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

- Conduct credit surveys and background checks, verify application documents, and manage non performing loan (NPL) recoveries.

- Execute all credit business processes in strict accordance with SOPs and regulations to minimize financial risks.
