Job Description
Expand the microfinance market, acquire new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing clientsConduct credit surveys and background checks, verify application documents, and manage non performing loan (NPL) recoveriesExecute all credit business processes in strict accordance with SOPs and regulations to minimize financial risks.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any majorHighly driven, resilient under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a strong team playerResponsible, high integrity, principled, and possesses strong risk awarenessProficient in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
