Teleperformance Indonesia looking for QA Content Moderation for Global Ecommerce Project
Responsibilities :
- Review a sample of content (both approved and removed) to check for errors.
- Identify and categorize mistakes, such as 'False Positives' (incorrectly removed content) and 'False Negatives' (incorrectly allowed content).
- Collect and analyze data on moderator performance, tracking metrics like error rates and consistency.
- Create detailed reports for management to highlight trends, performance issues, and areas needing improvement.
- Give specific and constructive feedback to individual moderators to help them improve.
- Lead or participate in 'calibration' sessions to ensure the entire team is aligned on how to handle difficult cases.
- Collaborate with the training team to improve training materials based on common errors found.
- Identify 'grey areas' or gaps in existing content policies.
- Provide insights and examples to the policy team to help them refine or create new guidelines.
In short, a QA Content Moderator&aposs job is not just to find errors, but to use those errors as data to improve the entire moderation process, ensuring a safer and more consistent user experience on the platform.
Qualifications :
- Ready Join Immediately.
- Minimum education Diploma (D3) any major.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (MANDATORY)
- Minimum EFSET Score B2 (MANDATORY).
- Have an experience 6 months with same positions (MANDATORY).
- Flexible for SHIFTING schedule and changes along with in.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Willing to placement at Surakarta.
- Understanding about GIS knowledge is a plus
