Requirements
- Education: Minimum Associates Degree (D3) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge: Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Basic knowledge of manual testing (test case, bug report, regression, UAT). Initial knowledge of automation testing (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, JMeter).
- Tools & Collaboration: Familiar with collaboration & bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp). Knowledge of version control (Git/GitHub) is a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and accurate. Able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Mindset & Attitude: Communicative, proactive, and open to continuous learning. Growth mindset and curiosity for new technologies and practices.
