Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Informatics System or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as an IT-QA Engineer
- Good English communication skills
Key Performance Indicators:
- Ability to document the impact analysis of production incidents
- Work closely with stakeholders and development teams on production incidents
- Ensure defects are comprehensively tested before deploying to production
- Ensure test results are documented properly
- Communicate any risks from the delivery of incidents from the development team to the QA manager
Skills / Knowledge:
- Aptitude for testing with a keen eye for detail
- Hands-on experience with Playwright and Maestro is an advantage
- Experience with both manual functional testing and automation testing
- Ability to identify test cases and apply testing methodology
- Good understanding of SQL
- Understanding of APIs
