Solution Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system requirements
• Design integration solutions and configure applications based on business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developers, etc.) to ensure smooth integration
• Prepare project documentation such as FSD, TSD, PRD, and BAST
• Analyze and test external APIs (especially RESTful APIs)
• Prepare test data for SIT and UAT phases
• Ensure system readiness and stability through to go-live
• Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance system performance and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the banking industry or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience as a System Analyst
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Technical Skills

• Experience in project documentation (FSD, TSD, PRD, BAST)
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
• Basic knowledge of SQL queries

Nice to Have

• Programming experience (Java, Kotlin, C, C++, etc.)
