The candidate that will succeed in this position will be able to create all the testing and automation frameworks as required for their projects. Thus, the candidate may have to work on multiple projects once, also working to improve the company's best practices from a testing a standpoint.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute test cases
- Evaluate testing process, make recommendations as necessary
- Timely execution of test cases
- Identify, and record bugs
Qualifications
- Possesses a background in Computer Science/Informatics.
- Open to all majors with strong technical and coding skills.
- Has 1-5 years of experience in QA Engineer / SDET / Test Engineer roles.
- Skilled and experienced in testing, including Automation Testing with tools like Cypress, Jest, etc.
- Possesses fundamental software testing skills such as black-box testing, white-box testing, boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, decision tables, etc.
- Demonstrates technical skills and fundamental software engineering knowledge.
- Good communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
- Enjoys a dynamic and evolving work environment.
