Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed, structured test plans and test cases to ensure product reliability.
- Identify, document, and track defects systematically, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain a results-driven approach with clear communication across cross-functional teams.
- Conduct final evaluations of AI/chatbot performance to ensure compliance with quality standards before deployment.
- Continuously improve testing methodologies for efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2-3 years of QA experience in an agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities collaboratively while meeting deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and task management.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in Bahasa and English.
