Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Develop program and curriculum for the employee to improve their soft skills and interpersonal skills;
  • Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshop to the employees and develop appropriate modification if needed;
  • Schedule appropriate training sessions;
  • Plan and implement an effective training;
  • Collaborate with the Company's Management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees;
  • Monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training;
  • Ensure the compliance of the company's employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions;
  • Provide support and mentoring to the employees by carrying out coaching to employees who violate the Company's SOP;

Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma degree in any field
  • Have experience as QC & Trainer in Customer Service 1 year
  • Independent, initiative, and positive
  • Good communication & negotiation
  • Can work individual and as a team
