About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our boutique in Jakarta. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional client experience, and ensuring operational excellence in line with luxury retail standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store sales to achieve and exceed targets
- Monitor KPIs including conversion, ATV, UPT, and CRM metrics
- Analyze sales trends and implement strategic action plans
- Lead by example in delivering elevated, personalized customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients
- Ensure the team consistently embodies the brand's luxury service standards
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Foster a positive, motivated, and collaborative work environment
- Ensure store operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising in line with global guidelines
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the image and values of the brands
- Ensure grooming, styling, and presentation standards are consistently met
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Background in luxury or premium fashion retail is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and clienteling strategies
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
