Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Course Consultant based in Kota Magelang. The Course Consultant will be responsible for partnering with potential students to understand their learning goals, providing tailored advice about English courses, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Additional responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, offering personalized consultations, supporting customer retention efforts, and collaborating with the sales and academic teams to ensure a smooth learning journey for students.

Qualifications

• Sales and consultation experience, with the ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and ability to adapt to CRM or student management systems
• Willingness to adapt to an on-site role and work collaboratively with a dynamic, cross-functional team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Able to work with shifting schedule
• Able to work on weekends
• Love children and care about their growth
