Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing and developing quality control systems such as sampling systems, methods and quality inspection procedures, from raw materials to the final product used by the customer so that the safety and quality consistency of all products can be guaranteed.
- Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
- Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
- Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (preferably in Food Technology)
- 5+ years&apos relevant work experience
- Preferably have experience in the Food Industry
- Must have GFSI certification (BRCGS/FSC 22000)
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
