Job Description

Requirement :

- Have bachelor's degree from reputable university with education background from Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Management or equivalent.

- Have ISTQB Certified for Test Manager/Lead is preferable or at least familiar with ISTQB standard.

- Have >4 years experience as Test Lead in banking industry. Experiences in testing Contact Center applications (e.g. Genesys, Banking Chat (web chat, WhatsApp, etc.), Video Banking, etc.) is preferable.

- Fluent in using Jira.

- Critical thinker and have problem-solving skills.

- Have good time-management skills.

- Have ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Have ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

- Have experiences in agile project delivery is preferable.

- Familiar with Linux commands, Ms. SQL Server Database and MySQL Database.

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluent in English.

- Commit to work for six (6) to twelve (12) months contract and option to extend if required.

- Teamwork player.

- Live in Jakarta, Indonesia is preferable.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborates with Project Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Development Manager, System Analyst, Developer, and users to understand software requirements/User Stories.

- Estimate high level testing efforts and capacity plan.

- Creates Test Plan, Test Scenario, Test Cases and Test Reports.

- Distributes tasks to Test Analysts.

- Monitors Test Analyst daily activities.

- Executes Test Cases (when needed).

- Manages Defects.
