Location: Full time onsite Artisan HQ - Ungasan, Bali, Indonesia (multi-island operations across Bali & Lombok)

Reports to: Head of Purchasing

Team: 1 Head of Purchasing, 3 Purchasing Officers, 2 Purchasing Assistants

Artisan - Uluwatu, Ungasan, Bingin, Pererenan

Papi Sapi - Bali, Lombok

Sunda - Bingin - opening October 2026

Rumah Seseh - Seseh opening April 2027

About Us

The Artisan Group is a fast-growing multi-brand hospitality group operating across Bali and Lombok. Our portfolio spans 6 venues (soon 7), including Artisan, Papi Sapi, Sundawith Rumah Seseh opening April 2027. We build distinctive food, beverage and hospitality experiences at scale, and we are looking for a senior operator to own procurement across the entire group.

The Role

We are seeking a Head of Purchasing to lead and professionalise procurement across all venues. This is a senior leadership position responsible for cost control, supplier strategy, systems integrity and team performance. You will own the full purchasing function, manage a team of five, and build the controls and accountability that allow the group to scale without compromising margin or quality.

Key Responsibilities

• The Purchaser is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient purchasing operations of the assigned venues using marketman purchasing system.
• The role focuses on supplier management, sourcing, operational purchasing, purchasing data reliability and close coordination with restaurant teams to ensure product availability while maintaining Company purchasing standards.
• The Purchaser also supervises the day-to-day work of the assigned Purchasing Administrator and ensures that administrative purchasing tasks are completed accurately and on time.

What We're Looking For

• Experience F&B or retail preffered.
• Strong track record in supplier negotiation and cost management
• Experience with purchasing/inventory systems preffered (MarketMan or similar)
• High integrity and a sharp eye for controls, accountability and loss prevention
• Comfortable operating across multiple sites and brands in a fast-scaling environment
• Strong English; Bahasa Indonesia strongly preferred.
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
