Requirements:

* Minimum 2–3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

* Strong knowledge of food ingredients sourcing, supplier management, and cost control

* Good negotiation skills with a focus on quality and consistency of products

* Familiar with purchasing systems and basic Microsoft Excel

* Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

* Good communication skills in English 

* Able to join immediately
