B. Role Description
As a Child Clinical Psychologist, you will conduct counseling and assessment sessions, and design therapeutic interventions tailored for children and adolescents (ages 315). This also includes providing parental guidance to support each child's holistic well-being
In addition, you may also work with a broader range of clients, such as individuals, couples, and marriage. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate client records and reports while upholding the highest professional and ethical standards
This is a hybrid role, requiring the ability to facilitate both online and in-person sessions. We are specifically seeking candidates based in or around the BSD area, as offline sessions may be required. You will be expected to handle a minimum of 35 counseling sessions per week in total, whether online, offline, or a combination of both
C. Requirements & Qualifications
- We highly prioritize candidates who are located or domiciled in BSD (South Tangerang) area
- Must hold a valid Clinical Psychologist Practice License (SIPP) and Professional Registration Certificate (STR)
- Must hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, with a specialization in Child & Adolescent Psychology
- A degree from a reputable university is considered a strong advantage
- Proactive and solution-oriented communication style
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written)
- Having at least one (1) year of professional experience in counseling children and/or adolescents is a plus
- Availability to do sessions on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) to support families and children who may have limited weekday availability
- Strong expertise in developmental psychology, child/adolescent behavior, and family systems
- Demonstrate passion and interest in mindfulness-based approaches for children and families
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage children in a warm, friendly, age-appropriate, and effective manner
- Trustworthy, empathetic, and responsible
