Support the execution and on-site supervision of all projects, including new store openings, refurbishments, and store closures, ensuring they are completed on schedule (timeline), meet quality standards, and stay within the approved budget.
Conduct inspections based on established checklists to ensure all required processes are carried out properly.
Monitor defect rectification activities to ensure all project-related issues are resolved according to the targeted timeline.
Coordinate the procurement and fulfillment of store assets and equipment (from PO documentation through to delivery and receipt at the store) to ensure compliance with agreed SLAs.
Coordinate with external parties such as vendors, malls, landlords, etc., as well as internal stakeholders (all EAL departments), particularly when urgent or critical issues arise or when additional work is required, including material or cost variations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress on a regular basis, including analysis of ongoing site and project execution.
Job Requirements :
Education : Min S1 Civil/Architecture Engineering/Interior Design
Work Experience : Min 2 years on Project Management field
