Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:

Updates report based on approved project list details and information.
Monitor project engineer and also troubleshoot product installation based on product instructions, guidelines and safety precaution.
Collate related projects documentation and records to be handed over to Project Manager.
Ensure the project can be completed in time based acknowledged by Contractors
Coordinate and supervised contractor during measurement proses to create layouts and 3D
Carry out quality control for ongoing projects
Supervise projects in accordance with planning

Requirements

Bachelor's in Civil/Architecture or similar
Min 2 years of experience in project management (for commercial building or retail is preferred)
SIM A/C required, accessible for self-travel in the Jabodetabek area.
Willing to travel for project supervision
Good at negotiation and communication
