Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will own end-to-end implementation and delivery of our SaaS solutions across mid-market and enterprise clients. With a strong background in IT project management, service delivery, and client engagement, you will be responsible for delivering value, maintaining SLA commitments, and driving smooth onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead project implementations from initiation to go-live for Xoxodays suite of SaaS products.

2. Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, customer success) to translate client needs into deliverables.

3. Drive project scoping, planning, resource alignment, and milestone tracking.

4. Ensure adherence to SLA, budget, and quality benchmarks across all project touchpoints.

5. Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders during onboarding and implementation phases.

6. Implement risk mitigation strategies, change control processes, and business continuity planning.

7. Deliver regular performance and progress reports to leadership and client teams.

8. Champion continuous improvement, bringing process and efficiency gains into the delivery lifecycle.

9. Coordinate with third-party vendors, ensuring seamless execution and accountability.

10. Conduct training and handovers to post-implementation support and customer success teams.

Preferred Qualifications

1. 68 years of experience in IT project and service delivery management.

2. Strong background working with enterprise clients in banking, healthcare, or fintech sectors.

3. PMP and ITIL V3 Foundation certified (optional)

4. Hands-on experience with project management and ticketing tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy.

5. Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, SLA adherence, risk management, and team supervision.

6. Experience implementing ITSM platforms, driving SOPs, and optimizing delivery workflows.

7. Familiarity with Generative AI applications in project management is a plus.

8. Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.

9. Fluent in English and Bahasa.
