We are looking for a highly driven Project Manager to lead and strengthen our project management function across the organization. In this role, you will oversee the PMO team, drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, optimize project governance, and ensure projects are delivered on time with high execution quality. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to remove roadblocks, improve ways of working, and build scalable project management processes that enable business growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop the Project Management team while ensuring high-quality execution across all ongoing projects and operational initiatives.
- Drive and oversee multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring priorities, timelines, resources, and deliverables remain aligned with business objectives.
- Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early, proactively coordinating with stakeholders to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
- Establish and continuously improve PMO governance, project frameworks, trackers, workflows, decision-making guidelines, and reporting standards to increase execution efficiency.
- Partner with department leaders and senior management to facilitate alignment, resolve cross-functional challenges, and support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze project performance, operational processes, and execution data to identify improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
- Develop project roadmaps, prioritize initiatives based on business impact, resource availability, and organizational priorities, while ensuring effective resource allocation across the PMO team.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by simplifying processes, enhancing collaboration, and driving operational excellence across functions.
- Mentor Project Managers and Associates by providing guidance on project planning, stakeholder management, problem-solving, risk management, and execution excellence.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture that emphasizes accountability, ownership, continuous learning, and alignment with company values.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience with at least 3 years in Project Management, Product Management, Business Strategy/Projects, Consulting, CEO/COO Office or a similar cross-functional role, with at least 2 years of people management experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple complex projects involving cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong project management knowledge, including project planning, risk management, resource allocation, process improvement, and project governance.
- Excellent analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to identify root causes, evaluate risks, and develop practical, data-driven solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence in influencing and collaborating with stakeholders up to Head level.
- Demonstrated leadership capability in coaching teams, improving team performance, and building a collaborative working environment.
- Highly proactive, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing business priorities.
