Project Manager

About the Role

As a Project Manager at Fore Donut, you'll play a key role in bringing new stores to life. From coordinating store fit-out projects to ensuring every opening happens on schedule, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality stores that are ready to welcome our customers.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end store fit-out projects with contractors, vendors, landlords, and other external partners.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to review and align store designs and layouts with operational requirements.
• Manage the procurement process for equipment, fixtures, and materials required for store fit-out.
• Develop, monitor, and execute project timelines to ensure new store openings are delivered on schedule.
• Coordinate with landlords regarding fit-out requirements, site readiness, and project-related matters.
• Work closely with the Supply Chain & Logistics team to ensure timely delivery of equipment and store assets.
• Support the preparation and review of store layout drawings and internal design documentation.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on schedule.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 - 6 years of experience in project management, store development, construction, or fit-out projects. Experience in the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction, fit-out processes, project scheduling, and site coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across internal teams and external vendors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving project execution.
• Willing to travel to project sites as required.
