Job Description

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

  • Lead end-to-end project management lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & closing)
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
  • Act as the primary liaison between project teams and senior management
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and drive structured decision-making
  • Monitor project performance through data-driven reporting and governance processes
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement corrective actions proactively
  • Ensure project outcomes meet agreed quality and business objectives

Requirements

Person We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing complex projects
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work within structured governance and reporting frameworks
  • Familiar with project management tools (Jira, Notion, Asana etc)
  • Full WFO at Wisma 46 Jakarta Pusat
