Lead end-to-end delivery of IT/software development projects (e.g., software development, system integrations, infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations).
Coordinate cross-functional IT teams (developers, DevOps engineers, QA testers, cybersecurity specialists, UX/UI designers) to ensure alignment with technical and business goals.
Define project scope, technical requirements, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with IT standards and architecture .
Develop detailed project plans using Agile/Scrum frameworks (sprints, backlogs) or Waterfall methodologies , incorporating timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex IT concepts into clear updates for clients and executives.
Proactively identify and mitigate IT-specific risks (e.g., cybersecurity vulnerabilities, data integrity issues, scope creep in technical requirements).
Manage Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Maintain thorough documentation (technical specifications, change logs, risk registers) using tools like Confluence or Jira.
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality standards (e.g., code reviews, testing protocols, compliance with ISO/ITIL frameworks).
Conduct post-project retrospectives to refine processes for future IT initiatives.
Collaborate with CTO/CIO and IT leadership to align projects with long-term technology roadmaps.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
2+ years managing IT/software projects in Agile/Scrum environments; PMP/PMI-ACP or Scrum Master certification a plus.
Proficiency in Jira, Trello, Asana , and Microsoft Project .
Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders; experience writing technical documentation.
Strong analytical skills to resolve conflicts in code deployments, resource bottlenecks, or system dependencies.
Hands-on experience with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery.
Proven success managing stakeholder expectations in technical projects.
