HEPMIL Malaysia is looking for Project Coordinators to join our growing team!
This is a 1-year contract role, with the possibility of renewal.
Role Overview:
This is a fully remote role perfect for someone who loves being the backbone of a team. Youll be handling the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps our creator campaigns running smoothly from keeping track of deliverables to making sure creators get paid on time. If youre organised, detail-obsessed, and enjoy supporting cool social media projects (without having to be on camera!), this role might be your perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks for creators, including data entry, agreement tracking, and coordination for payments.
- Maintain and update campaign trackers, documents, and databases with accuracy and timeliness.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaign tasks and deliverables are met.
- Monitor creator content publishing and flag any issues or delays.
- Support post-campaign analysis, including gathering performance data and assisting in report creation.
- Liaise with creators to collect necessary information (e.g., deliverables, banking info).
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely creator payments.
- Occasionally assist in internal or client-facing communication if required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or campaign assistance.
- Proficient in Bahasa and English (spoken and written).
- Able to work remotely and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to handle data-entry tasks accurately and meet deadlines.
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides); experience with Monday.com or Salesforce is a plus.
- Interest in social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
- Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, proactive, and a team player with good communication skills.
