We are looking for a Project Administrator to support the execution of IT-related projects. This role works closely with Project Managers and project teams to ensure project activities, documentation, coordination, and reporting run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support for IT-related projects.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, trackers, and meeting minutes.
- Support Project Managers in tracking project progress, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project communications with stakeholders.
- Monitor project deliverables, approvals, and follow-up action items.
- Assist in preparing project reports, dashboards, and status updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Administrator or Project Management role (Project Admin, Project Coordinator, PMO, or Project Manager).
- Experience supporting IT-related projects (system implementation, application development, infrastructure, or digital initiatives).
- Good understanding of project management processes and documentation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
