Production Supervisor (Indonesia Region)

Essential Functions:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely operations.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Manage and mentor production team members, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Implement production plans and schedules to complete tasks on time and within budget.
• Monitor production metrics and adjust processes for optimal efficiency.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes and conduct regular inspections.
• Identify and mitigate safety hazards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Implement Lean manufacturing and 5S practices.
• Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and records.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP or SAP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular attendance.
• Ability to interact professionally with individuals of varied backgrounds.
