Production Assistant Manager Plant 3

Job Description Summary :

Ensuring production quantity, product quality, and team performance are in accordance with the targets set at Plant 3, running optimally, safely and efficiently, and synergizing Plant 3 production with other departments.

Job Description :

• Integrate production activities at Plant 3 according to the schedule established by the PPIC.

• Regularly evaluate production quantity and quality for each section.

• Coordinate with PPIC to ensure product tank and product availability.

• Coordinate with other departments (Quality Control, Maintenance, SCM, and Utilities) to support production success and minimize downtime.

• Evaluate the performance of each section (#100-#700 Plant-1 or 2, #100-2, #700 Plant-3) and manage manpower within the production department.

• Distribute the Plant Overhaul plan to relevant departments (Maintenance, Utilities, SCM).

• Conduct risk assessments for each section.

• Evaluate planned process changes (line modifications, line additions) to ensure smooth production

• Control equipment availability to support environmentally friendly production processes.

• Evaluate the performance of the production department.

• Control water consumption and wastewater generated from the production process

• Ensure the implementation of systems (QMS, EMS, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45000, ISO 22000, Halal, GMP + B2, EFfCI & Proper, Smart D-safe) in each section.

• Provide improvements to customer complaints related to production.

Job Requirement :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the oleochemical industry and 3 years as a Production Engineer.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Good communication in English

• Good in Analytical Thinking

• Willing to be located in Medan
