Plan, implement, and review performance targets (time, quality, cost, profitability) with strong teamwork.

Make timely and accurate decisions ensure effective coordination and customer satisfaction (internal & external).

Contribute to and be responsible for improving company profitability.

Ensure projects/activities meet objectives in time, quality, and cost through proactive initiatives and proper reporting.

Direct business processes using standard formats and internal/external benchmarking.

Develop, empower, and plan human resources, including anticipating future needs.

Define clear job descriptions and KPIs (BSC/KPI) and ensure performance evaluation implementation.

Apply quality, safety, and environmental management systems effectively (e.g., ISO, SMK3, RSPO).

Ensure implementation of Smart D Safe.

Develop subordinates in line with company and business needs.

Maintain confidentiality of company data and financial transactions.

Minimum Bachelor's degree

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a managerial/supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing, energy, or FMCG industries.

Experience in strategic planning, target implementation, and performance management (BSC/KPI).

Strong leadership, teamwork, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Knowledge and experience in implementing quality, environmental, and OHS management systems
(ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/SMK3, GMP, etc.).

Understanding of data governance, confidentiality of information, and financial transactions.

Proactive, results-oriented, and high integrity.
