Product Manager, Warehouse

Job Description:
- Drive end-to-end warehouse business process discovery to proactively identify operational pain points and user needs across all touchpoints within the project scope
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with business and operations stakeholders to gather project requirements and translate them into structured Feature Request Forms (FRF) and Product Requirement Documents (PRD)
- Evaluate operational challenges using data to validate problems, assess solution feasibility, and quantify business impact prior to committing project resources
- Design and propose robust product feature developments and AI-driven solutions that directly address operational bottlenecks
- Prioritize project initiatives based on expected business impact, urgency, and technical feasibility to meet key project milestones
- Build and implement functional AI agents and AI-driven solutions at the product management level to resolve operational issues directly within the project timeline
- Establish success metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each project initiative, monitoring post-launch adoption and tracking real impact
- Coordinate closely with cross-regional teams to align product roadmaps, project timelines, and technical development plans
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a quantitative-based major
- Possess 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Product Management, with prior exposure to supply chain or warehouse operations considered a strong advantage
- Demonstrate hands-on experience building or implementing AI agents and AI-driven solutions to solve operational or product problems directly
- Proficient in written and spoken English to facilitate cross-border collaboration and stakeholder alignment across regions
- Demonstrate strong analytical capability to translate complex operational data into actionable product strategies and validated decisions
