About the Role

As a Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will oversee everything from warehouse logistics

and vendor management to international trade compliance. You'll be the bridge between

departments, ensuring our operations are not just functional, but a competitive advantage for the

company.

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Operations Management

• Implement and refine strategies aimed at monitoring and managing operational expenses across all business functions.
• Utilize systems and technology to improve control and visibility of operations.

Process Optimization & Cost Efficiency

• Lead cost-saving initiatives by analyzing operational data to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize internal workflows and enhance service delivery.

Export & Import Compliance

• Manage end-to-end export-import activities, ensuring complete compliance with domestic and international trade regulations.
• Work closely with customs brokers and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth cross-border transactions.

Logistics & Warehouse Management

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate fulfillment.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize transportation and distribution strategies.

Vendor & Outsourcing Management

• Manage relationships with all third-party vendors and outsourcing partners to ensure quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and production teams to align operational objectives with broader business goals.
• Provide accurate and prompt operational data to facilitate decision-making.

Team Leadership

• Lead, motivate, and develop the operations team to achieve performance targets and ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Operations (MBA is a plus).
• 5 to 7 years of experience in operations management with a proven track record in logistics, supply chain and vendor operations.
• Deep knowledge of export/import regulations and customs documentation.
• Leadership Skills: Natural ability to lead teams for development and process improvement, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn operational data into actionable insights.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
