Product Development Section Manager

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Product Development Manager for our sister company Healthy Choice who can lead the end-to-end product development process — from identifying market opportunities and developing product concepts to commercialization and launch.

This role is not only focused on R&D and production, but also requires strong commercial and business understanding. The ideal candidate can connect consumer needs, market trends, competitor insights, product development, pricing, and commercial execution to create products that are both relevant to the market and commercially successful

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in Product Development, R&D, Innovation, Category Management, or Product Management, preferably within the healthy food, FMCG, F&B, or consumer goods industry.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end product development process.
• Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to understand pricing, margins, sales, and market dynamics.
• Strong experience in market and competitor analysis.
• Able to translate consumer and market insights into commercially viable product concepts.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical, strategic, and hands-on approach.
