Your Main Duties In Flying With Us
- Define and execute the insurance product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and user behavior to identify new opportunities for travel insurance products.
- Develop and own the insurance product roadmap, writing clear product requirements and user stories.
- Work cross-functionally with technology, partnerships, operations, and marketing teams to launch and enhance insurance offerings.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, including insurers, regulators, and internal teams, to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
- Leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimize product performance, pricing strategies, and customer experience.
- Drive innovation by coming up with out-of-the-box solutions to enhance insurance penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Lead agile product development cycles, including backlog management, sprint planning, and feature launches.
- Define key metrics and track product success, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
Mandatory Belongings That You Must Prepare
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in insurance, fintech, or travel-related products.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to make informed decisions.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and active listening).
