Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ERP and Finance-related systems.
- Translate Finance business needs (accounting, reporting, procurement, tax compliance) into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and technology teams to ensure ERP systems align with compliance, audit, and operational requirements.
- Oversee ERP implementation and enhancement projects, including vendor management, integration with other enterprise systems, and scalability planning.
- Define, monitor, and report on ERP-related OKRs, ensuring product initiatives drive measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Manage system upgrades, process improvements, and automation initiatives to enhance finance operations.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and training to ensure adoption and smooth rollouts.
- Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and innovation within Finance processes through ERP capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management with at least 3 years focusing on ERP/Finance systems.
- Hands-on experience in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or equivalent) with strong understanding of finance-related modules (GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Tax, Reporting).
- Proven success in leading ERP implementation, integration, or major enhancement projects.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes (accounting, reporting, compliance, tax).
- Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro, etc.) and data analysis (SQL, Excel, BI tools).
- Mastery of product management practices: roadmap planning, MVP scoping, requirement documentation, OKR setting, experimentation strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to align Finance, Technology, and vendor teams.
