About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager located in Surabaya. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, product roadmap, market research, pricing strategy, and product communication. The Product Manager will work cross-functionally with engineering and design teams to deliver new features and drive product growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap based on company vision and user feedback
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, business, and marketing teams
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to validate ideas
- Translate business requirements into user stories and product features
- Prioritize product backlogs and manage sprints with the tech team
- Monitor product performance, gather analytics, and iterate based on user behavior
- Ensure product releases are delivered on time, with high quality and business impact
Qualifications
- Willing to work in Surabaya
- Proficient in English (both writing and speaking)
- Min. 2 years experience as Product Manager
- Strong technical background and experience in product management
- Ability to analyze market trends and user needs to drive product development
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to lead a cross-functional team and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
