Product Engineer (Solo)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to clients who are using the company&aposs products
• Investigate and help clients issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them
• Visit customers with sales team to support them in terms of Product Knowledge, Product Application, installation, and training for users.
• Create and maintain customer-facing support documentation, such as knowledge base articles and FAQs
• Provide training to sales team on how to use the company&aposs products

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor&aposs Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experiences in the same position & same industry for at least 2 years
• Experiences in handling Inverter/PLC/HMI, and other related product
• Experiences to train Sales & User on how to use the products
• Ability to speak and write in English is preferred
• Owned a personal vehicle and an active driving license
• Placement Solo, Central Java
