Conduct research and development initiatives to enhance product design, features, and performance in alignment with customer needs and industry trends.
Analyze the technical feasibility of product designs and ensure manufacturability in collaboration with manufacturing partners to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
Ensure products comply with applicable regulations and industry standards (e.g., SNI, CE, ISO, etc.) to strengthen customer trust and uphold company reputation in the market.
Perform product testing and validation to ensure performance, safety, and durability prior to market launch.
Support product portfolio planning and lifecycle management from concept development through commercialization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
13 years of experience in Product Development or R&D.
Strong knowledge of Product Development, PLM, Product Sourcing, and Portfolio Management.
Proficient in 3D design and modeling tools.
Willing to work from office (MondayFriday) in Kuningan, South Jakarta.
