About The Role:
The Product Designer will play a key role in shaping the user experience and interface design of Henan Asset digital products, including trading platforms, onboarding journeys, and internal tools. This role is responsible for translating complex financial workflows into intuitive and
engaging user experiences that meet both user needs and regulatory requirements. Working closely with product, engineering, and business teams, the Product Designer will ensure that every customer interaction reflects the brand's commitment to clarity, trust, and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for Henan Asset's core and common ERP products across web and mobile platforms, ensuring smooth onboarding and efficient internal workflows.
- Translate business requirements and goals into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes that support operational excellence.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, iterating on designs based on real feedback from internal users to continuously improve product experience.
- Lead cross division alignments, collaborating closely with Engineers and business stakeholders to ensure feasibility, consistency, and alignment across ERP features.
- Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across the Henan Asset ERP product suite.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or high-transaction digital platforms.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, from user research and idea to high-fidelity designs and shipped features.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) for UI/UX design and prototyping.
- Strong grasp of UX principles, interaction design, and design thinking methodologies.
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries to create scalable, reusable UI patterns.Ability to analyze user behavior and turn insights into elegant design solutions that solve real problems.
- Familiarity with front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS, responsive design, accesibility) and how designs translate into code.
Leadership Skills:
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in cross-functional teams involving engineering, product, and marketing.
- Proactive ownership of design problems, from discovery to delivery, while managing feedback and aligning stakeholders.
- Ability to advocate for users while balancing business objectives and technical constraints.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers, providing feedback, and contributing to a design-driven culture.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring consistency, polish, and high standards in every design deliverable.
