About the Role
Contract period until June 2026, working in a hybrid arrangement in Jakarta HQ,
Job Responsibilities
- Support special procurement initiatives such as Halal Certification system transition, Dow Jones supplier review, and compliance-related sourcing projects.
- Work cross-functionally with Quality, Legal, R&D, and Suppliers to ensure timely project execution.
- Assist in vendor screening, document collection, and system updates for compliance projects.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to Procurement Leads.
- Provide analysis and reporting to support decision-making during the project lifecycle.;
- Support any project based in Procurement Direct team
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in industrial engineering from a top university.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate with cross functional stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Intermediate Excel skills for tracking and reporting.
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to work independently under deadlines.
- 2 years experience in procurement function, experience in MNC is preferred.
