About the Role

Contract period until June 2026, working in a hybrid arrangement

Responsibilities

• To assist distribution of WHT Slip via email to respective PIC
• To validate NPWP/NIK of vendor and customer
• To create import template of BP Unifikasi in PJAP system/Coretax
• To create import template of BP WH 21 in PJAP system/Coretax
• To create import template of BP SKB in PJAP system/Coretax
• To collect BPE from Coretax
• To export BP Unifikasi + list Unifikasi
• To create list of all BP
• To create list of SPT Masa
• To create list of all BP to Sharepoint
• To assist reconciliation on WHT detail and populating all necessary data from ledger and other supporting system
• To assist in creating working paper on WHT payment

Qualifications

• Total 1 year and above experience in finance accounting, must have Tax ID (NPWP)
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, Beauty, Pharmacy, Manufacturing etc is highly preferred
• Strong in Microsoft Excel, familiar with Pivot Table and VLOOKUP etc.
• Good written English skill is required
• Quick learner
