Customs and Internal Procurement Specialist

We are currently seeking candidates to fulfill our need to handle procurement and customs process (local customs agent for customs clearance process)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years and experience in procurement and customs process.
• Bachelors degree in business administration, supply chain or related field
• Has a PPJK certification (Sertifikat Ahli Kepabeanan) is most preferred
• Ability to think innovatively and not be constrained by current practices
• Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external customers

Job Description:

• Manage the activities of commercial inventory & non-inventory purchasing to vendors both regionally and locally, responsible as procurement professional to ensure that a business has a constant supply of materials, equipment, or service.
• Importing goods from company manufactures and engage with local customs agent for customs clearance process, cost effective, and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable import in Indonesia to ensure the fulfillment of the needs of goods to distributors/customers on time.
