Job Description

We are partnering with a leading global consulting firm to recruit for a Procurement Reporting position (Contract-based).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage procurement-related reports and dashboards, such as spend analysis, supplier performance, and cost-efficiency metrics.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support procurement strategies, supplier negotiations, and budget planning.
  • Ensure the accuracy of reports through regular data validation and quality checks.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, IT, and Finance teams to enhance reporting tools and systems.
  • Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline reporting processes.
  • Clearly present insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 23 years of experience in reporting, with strong knowledge of procurement process and supply chain
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
