Procurement Manager

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client operating in the industrial estate sector. Our client is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and procurement operations while driving cost optimization, supplier excellence, and procurement governance.

This position offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in supporting the company's operational growth and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation, purchasing, and supplier performance management.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality, service, and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and key stakeholders.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and applicable regulations.
• Prepare procurement reports, budgets, and performance analyses for management.
• Lead and develop the procurement team while promoting continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Prior experience within an industrial estate, industrial park, property development, infrastructure, utilities, or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier negotiations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using ERP or procurement systems is an advantage.
• Good command of English is mandatory.
