Lead, drive and support plant optimization for the HPT through process standardization and other systems to drive consistency and improved performance overall, making final decisions on processes needed to meet targets
Ensure the execution of the daily production requirements, coordinating with other team members, other HPTs, and others as necessary, to deliver the planned results (Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and/or Ticket)
Working within the team, develop and align the strategy and plans to deliver targets and objectives that support the overall facility targets
Provide the proper focus on Health and Safety, Environmental & Sustainability issues, to develop and maintain Safety as a Value culture
Drive improvements through personal knowledge and expertise, as well as thorough the use of other experts as necessary
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a
related field
5+ years of manufacturing experience in production, quality, engineering or related field
Experience in a Union environment
Experience in a Continuous Improvement / Zero Loss Concept / Total Productive Maintenance / Lean environment
