Job Description
Project Leader ensure that companys requirements are met, the project is completed on time (including the planning schedule, execution report, result delivery to operation), and within budget and that everyone else under the project is doing their job properly. These responsibilities also cover the coordination and communication between project team and another division.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from Civil Engineering.
- Min. 5 years of working experience in retail construction & have worked in Construction Management Consultant (MK) previously are mandatory.
- Honest, willing to learn and listen to other&aposs opinion.
- Can speak confidently about project&aposs related matters and able to provide the relevant data to back it up.
- Able to operate Microsoft programs fluently (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Comfortable in working with a structured Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
- Discipline both in time management and document management.
- Have the courage to lead the onsite contractors.
