Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia for a Presales Consultant. The Presales Consultant will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical solutions and consultancy to prospective clients. Additional daily tasks include preparing and delivering technical presentations, demonstrating solutions, understanding customer requirements, and collaborating with sales and project management teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year Experience in Technical Consulting and Presales
• Proven track record in Sales or Cybersecurity Operations
• Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (preferred).
• Min 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity and/or Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Solid understanding of Cybersecurity technologies: SIEM, Firewalls, Endpoint Protection, Vulnerability Assessment, SOC platforms, Threat Intelligence, SOAR.
• Solid understanding of Security Operations and Maintenance
• Familiarity with major cybersecurity vendors (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, Splunk, Microsoft, IBM).
• Exposure to Generative AI / LLM-based technologies and their applications in cybersecurity.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written). Fluent in Chinese will be desired.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISA, CISSP, CCSP) are advantageous.
