Premix Business Development Manager

Responsibilities :

• Manage and drive Distributor Sales Performance, Sales Forecast, Sales Stocks, and monitor Accounts Receivable
• Oversee Food Service channel sales via distributors or direct KAs (QSR, bakery/coffee shops, hotels, restaurants, caterers)
• Achieve financial goals: volume, net sales, market share, margin, and distribution targets
• Lead and monitor distributor and Key Account plans and activations to meet targets
• Identify and acquire new Key Accounts and customers; stimulate existing accounts with new products and marketing initiatives
• Implement regional strategies for Division, Retail Bakery, Horeca, and UMKM Home Industry
• Coordinate with local distributor management to grow market distribution effectively and on schedule
• Communicate product customization requirements to Marketing and Sales teams
• Monitor and report on competitor activities in the region
• Prospect new business opportunities, arrange meetings, and develop projects with new clients
• Develop work systems and guide the team through regular coaching to ensure strong performance and achievement of sales targets

Requirements :

• A bachelors degree with minimum 5 years experience as a Sales Manager in Food Service
• Strong competencies in product and sales management with solid market and baking industry knowledge.
• Proven leadership abilities paired with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Skilled in analytical thinking and data analysis to drive informed business decisions and demonstrate business acumen.
