Your Responsibilities
- According to business objectives, formulate annual regional human resources planning (such as talent recruitment, training, salary and benefits, etc.);
- Design localized recruitment strategies, quickly set up an Indonesian team, and formulate reserve plans for key positions;
3, analysis of regional labor cost structure, optimize the mode of employment, control labor costs;
- Coordinate the internal resources of the group and promote the exchange and rotation of talents between China and Indonesia;
- Design a salary and welfare system and social security provident fund system in line with Indonesian labor law to ensure compliance;
- Develop localized training courses (such as pharmaceutical service standards, store operation process, cross-cultural communication) to improve the professional ability of employees;
- Promote cultural integration between China and Indonesia, organize team building activities and enhance team cohesion;
- Maintain communication channels with Indonesian labor department, immigration bureau and industry associations, and obtain timely policy updates and policy support.
What We're Looking For
- Indonesian and English can be used as working languages, bachelor degree or above in human resource management, psychology, law or related major;
- At least 5 years of human resources management experience, including at least 3 years as a person in charge of personnel or equivalent management positions, with experience in dealing with Chinese employees;
- Proficient in Indonesia's Labor Law, Immigration Law and social security policies, familiar with the employment rules of other countries in Indonesia;
- Be familiar with local culture, understand Chinese culture, be able to balance the needs of Chinese and Indonesian employees, and be familiar with the cooperation mode with Chinese people;
- Excellent negotiation ability, crisis handling ability and data analysis ability, high sense of responsibility and pressure resistance ability, can adapt to the fast changing work rhythm of the Indonesian market;
- Strategic thinking and business orientation, able to closely integrate human resource planning with regional business objectives.
