Position : Property Management & NFR Implementer
Location : Jakarta
Role Summary & Responsibility :
- Implement Property Management Task set out by company
- Support Colocator and Alliance team in maintaining client including follow up aging billing and operational issue by coordinating with Colocator & Alliance Manager or/and other stakeholders.
- Support in maintaining and Colocator and Alliance contract and billing (familiar with Tririga system)
- Implement integrated marketing program or local promo set out by Colocator & Alliance Mgr by coordinating with TM, retailer and Marketing team to improve colocator/alliance performance
- Support Food service Category Manager in developing food service product by involving meeting with vendor, gather feedback of product development and support internal tasting & alignment
- Support CPG Category Manager in developing Merchandise development including involve meeting with vendor, involve product feedback and development, gather internal support and alignment by collaborating with CP, gather merchandise calculation
- Suppport CPG Category Manager in end-to-end process of KV Production
- Support CPG Category Manager in providing weekly report of merchandise and tracking merchandise PO
Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor (S1) - Business Administrative or Any Major
- Min. 4 years experience in Property Management and Administrative Field
- Have an understanding of property management tasks (Billing, Client Management)
- Strong in Administrative Role (correspondence, filing, data input and analysis)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and leadership ability
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Able to plan and negotiate and the knowledge of the market
- Strong customer service and client
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Strong in data input and analysis (excel)
